What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts through onboarding, go-live, and ongoing success
- Build strong relationships with operations leads, IT stakeholders, and C-suite sponsors
- Run quarterly business reviews and track adoption KPIs
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and partner with sales on upsell
- Surface product feedback and advocate for customer needs internally
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of customer success or account management in enterprise SaaS
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling data and building success dashboards
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Nice to have
- Prior experience in operational software, EHS, or facility management sectors
- Technical ability to troubleshoot platform issues independently
