What you'll do
- Research, prototype, and productionise ML models for safety, facility, quality, and mobility domains
- Build real-time inference pipelines integrated into the ISQ ONE platform
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Maintain model monitoring, drift detection, and continuous retraining workflows
- Document model architectures and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of applied ML/AI experience in production environments
- Strong Python proficiency (PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, FastAPI)
- Experience with NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision
- Familiarity with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain model decisions to enterprise clients
Nice to have
- Experience in HSE, facility, or industrial IoT domains
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Arabic language skills
