Own the roadmap for the ISQ ONE core platform — the intelligence backbone connecting ISQ Shield Pro, ISQ FM, ISQ QE, and ISQ Ryde. You'll work at the intersection of AI, enterprise SaaS, and operational workflows.

What you'll do
- Define and maintain the platform roadmap, balancing customer requests, strategic bets, and technical debt
- Run discovery: customer interviews, site visits, data analysis, and competitive research
- Write clear, opinionated product specs and acceptance criteria
- Work daily with engineering, design, and customer success to ship and iterate
- Measure impact — define success metrics, build dashboards, and report on outcomes
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to manage a complex product with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience working with enterprise customers in complex sales cycles
Nice to have
- Prior experience in EHS, FM, or ERP software
- Familiarity with AI/ML product development
- Arabic language is a strong plus for customer engagement
